Return Process

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship to K-Beauty Express

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for hygiene seals, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
