Yes, we source all our products directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in South Korea to ensure every item is 100% genuine.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skincare or makeup products.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

Do you provide samples with orders?

We love sharing new favorites! We include a selection of complimentary deluxe samples with every order, subject to availability.
